1. Who can rent
You must be at least 18 years old [ADD: minimum age, if not 18], hold a valid driving licence for motorcycles, and be the person who rides the scooter. You book as a TAKE member with your own email.
2. Licence and documents
Before your first rental you upload, in your member area, a photo of your passport photo page and of your motorcycle driving licence. Visitors from abroad should carry an International Driving Permit that covers motorcycles, together with their home licence. You must carry your licence whenever you ride. At pick-up we check the documents against the person collecting the scooter. [ADD: do you keep the passport, a copy, or nothing during the rental?]
3. Payment and deposit
You pay the full rental in advance when you book, online through our payment provider. The price is the day rate on our price list multiplied by the number of days. Deposit: [ADD: deposit and documents needed (passport? licence?)].
4. Pick-up and return
Pick up and return at the shop, Perum Prapta Canggu Asri Blok D No.1, between 7am and 8pm. Your rental runs from the pick-up date to the return date you chose when booking. At pick-up we note the odometer and the fuel level and check the scooter together with you. Return it clean of mud and in the condition you received it.
5. Fuel
Return the scooter with the same fuel level as at pick-up. [ADD: what you charge if it comes back with less]
6. Damage, loss and theft
You are responsible for the scooter, its keys and helmets from pick-up until return. Damage: [ADD: how damage is assessed and charged]. Always lock the scooter and take the key. If it is stolen, report it to us and to the police straight away. Insurance: [ADD: is there any insurance, and what the renter pays if there is an accident].
7. Accidents and police
After an accident, make sure everyone is safe, then contact us on WhatsApp at once and share your location from your booking page. Do not agree to pay anyone or leave the scooter with anyone without speaking to us. Traffic fines during your rental are yours to pay.
8. Late return and extensions
To keep the scooter longer, ask before your return date: we can only extend if it is not already booked. Late return without agreement: [ADD: charge per extra day or per hour].
9. Cancellations

10. Helmets, passengers and riding
Helmets are required by Indonesian law for rider and passenger. At most one passenger. No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, no racing, no stunts and no carrying loads the scooter is not built for.
11. Where you may ride

12. Your documents and data
Your document photos are stored only for renting scooters to you. Only you and TAKE staff can open them. You can delete them in your member area at any time, after which we cannot rent you a scooter until you upload them again. Location is shared only while you press "Share my location" on your booking page, and that trail is deleted when the scooter is returned.
